a) If payment is made by credit card, your bank may apply a higher installment number than the one you have chosen by organizing campaigns and may offer services such as installment postponement. Such campaigns are at the discretion of your bank, and if known to our company, information about the campaigns is provided on our pages.


b) From the account cut-off date of your credit card, the order total will be reflected on your credit card summary by your bank, divided by the number of installments. The bank may not distribute installment amounts equally to months considering fractional differences. The detailed payment plan is at the discretion of your bank.

2) Packaging, cargo, and delivery costs are borne by the BUYER. The cargo fee is 0.00 TL and is added to the total order amount. It is not included in the product price. Delivery will be made by hand at the address specified by the BUYER through the contracted cargo company. Even if the BUYER is not present at the address during delivery, our Company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely. Therefore, the SELLER is not responsible for any damages and expenses arising from the late receipt and/or non-receipt of the product by the BUYER. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.


3) The product will be delivered within 30 days at the latest from the date of the contract. The SELLER is responsible for the product until the moment of delivery.


4) The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The BUYER is obliged to return the goods subject to the contract to the SELLER or to the carrier designated by the SELLER within 10 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods in contracts related to the delivery of goods. However, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract until the delivery of the goods. In determining the withdrawal period:


a) For goods that are the subject of a single order and are delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,


b) For goods consisting of multiple pieces, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,


c) For contracts where goods are delivered regularly for a specific period, the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first good,


The CONSUMER will send the withdrawal notification along with the invoice and a photo of the product to info@glimo.com.tr before the withdrawal period expires. The designated carrier for the right of withdrawal is the courier company that delivered the ordered product to the CONSUMER, and if the packaging is not damaged and the return request is accepted, the necessary direction will be provided to the CONSUMER.


The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following contracts:


a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the SELLER or supplier.


b) Contracts for goods prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.


c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods with an expiration date.


d) Contracts for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.


e) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.


f) Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables offered in material form, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package are opened after delivery.


g) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.


h) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period.


i) Contracts for services that are instantly performed in electronic media or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly.


j) Contracts for services that have started with the consumer's approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period.


5) Consumer complaints and objections: If you have any complaints about your order and/or the product subject to your order and/or any issue related to your order, you can convey your complaints to the SELLER using the contact details mentioned above or the contact details specified on the www.glimo.com.tr website. Your complaint applications will be immediately recorded, evaluated by the authorized units, and efforts will be made to resolve them as soon as possible.


For disputes arising from this agreement; the Istanbul Anatolian Courts are authorized, and Turkish Law will be applied. For disputes within the Republic of Turkey; for disputes up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the place where the consumer transaction is made or where the consumer's residence is located will be authorized, and for disputes exceeding this value, the Consumer Courts in the place where the consumer transaction is made or where the consumer's residence is located will be authorized.
