Before receiving your product, please follow the steps below carefully:
Check Before Signing the Shipping Report: Check the box of your product for any damage or problems. If you detect any damage, deficiency or opening of the parcel tape, please return your box to the cargo officer with a request to keep a report.
Return it with a Damage Report: When you find that the box is damaged or has missing contents, return your box to the cargo officer with a request to keep a report. If you fulfill your obligation in this way, your new products will be sent to you immediately.
Damaged or Missing Content Notification: If the products whose box is damaged or whose contents you claim are missing are received without checking, we are not responsible for the damage or missing of the products inside.
